WHERE WE SHIP

All orders made on lucinorganics.com are shipped within the United States and to a limited number of international destinations. You can see what the shipping cost will be during the checkout process. Any U.S. order over $100 will be free shipping.

We only deliver to residential addresses. If the shipping address entered when placing an order is not a residential address then we will not be refunding the order or resending the order.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an email confirmation of your order within a few minutes and a separate email with tracking info once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING METHOD

We use USPS First Class mail and UPS for U.S. orders.

DELIVERY TIMES

Please allow 1-2 days to process your order and 3-5 business days for shipping within the United States.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we ship to Canada, UK, and select EU countries.

PURCHASES WITH OTHER ONLINE RETAILERS Lucin Organics products are available for purchase on our website (lucinorganics.com). For purchases made other than via lucinorganics.com, please consult with the retailer where you purchased the product for their return and exchange policy. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of the product unless it was purchased through lucinorganics.com.
