RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We can issue store credit in the form of a Digital Gift Card code on returns within 30 days of purchase from lucinorganics.com. Please send us your order # and your reason for returning to info@lucinorganics.com and we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. We accept returns for US orders only. Once we receive your order and/or returned products we can issue store credit within 3 to 5 business days.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@lucinorganics.com.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELATIONS

Some products have the option for a recurring subscription option. If selected you can cancel your subscription after two orders have been fulfilled according to the duration you select.
